1. Choc-Peanut Crunch Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups Wonder Crunch
  • 0.5 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add Wonder Crunch and mix well to coat the cereal evenly.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking tray.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until set.
  5. Slice into bars and enjoy! Keep refrigerated for freshness.

2. Protein-Packed Cereal Disc

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 1 serving of Wonder Crunch
  • 50g sugar-free syrup

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a flat disc on a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Freeze for 1 hour.

3. Wonder Crunch Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Wonder Crunch
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup almond butter
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
